My client is a global organisation who has experienced considerable growth year on year. They are a global market leader in business to business services and provide facility management solutions to a number of blue chip organisations. They are looking to recruit talented individuals to join their marketing communications team for Europe.
Your role will be at the heart of their business, coordinating innovative Employee Communication strategies and activities to get their messages out to over 7,000 employees across EMEA. You'll be working closely with key business leaders, the human resource department, and the corporate head office, to help ensure the employee communications strategy is effective and has impact. Working very closely with the Communications Manager this pivotal role will provide effective training and development along with valuable and essential marketing communications exposure globally.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering all internal marketing communications to 7,000 employees globally alongside the Marketing communications team
Work with the communications team to support the implementation of global employee communications activities
Design and coordinate all internal copy both online and offline
Maintain all website activity
Manage external marketing agencies
Assist with the production of Business Strategy Update as required
Research, write and produce EMEA staff communications such as an employee magazine, mail shot, video scripts and presentations.
Research, write, produce and/or distribute ad-hoc communications, e.g. posters
Assist with development and implementation of employee communication assessment tools to achieve targets set out in the EMEA Marketing Communications Strategy e.g. surveys and telephone polls
Work with Communications Manager, Global WorkPlace Solutions, EMEA to design, produce and facilitate employee events in EMEA.
About you:
You must have strong writing skills with the ability to create concise and impactful copy to target multiple stakeholders
The ability to gather and analyse complex information and make sound decisions under pressure
Experience of managing and co-ordinating events, campaigns or projects
The ability to interact and influence effectively with management at all levels of the business as well as executive leadership
You will be comfortable working in virtual teams and nurturing cross-cultural relationships
Graduate or equivalent
Agency management experience
Market exposure
Languages are beneficial
You must be a confident, enthusiastic and innovative
High attention to detail is essential
Industry experience advantageous
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Added to this you will need the passion, tenacity and initiative to drive them forward.
You'll also be an exceptional self-starter and must be prepared for occasional travel within Europe.
