PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER - LEEDS £60k - £80k 4 years + Our client is looking for someone who is technically accomplished and experienced in dealing with high quality commercial property litigation cases. The work on offer is mainly commercial landlord and tenant work for the existing client base of the firm. It includes lease renewals, dilapidations work, advice on refusals to grant consent to assignments/underlettings, rent review advice and general commercial work for plc's, high street retailers, developers and banks. It also includes providing advice and guidance to members of the Property Department.
