My client, one of the worlds leading suppliers of clinical nutritional products and accessories, currently has several vacancies available for Hospital Sales Specialists to join them as a result of their continued success & subsequent team expansion in the following locations:

Full Time

Part Time / Reduced Hours

Working for one of the market leaders in the nutrition sector who are well known for their innovative first to market lines, you will sell a range of specialist paediatric products - both tube & sip feeds - to customers predominantly at hospital level, focussing on Paediatrics, Gastro, Dietetics & Allergy departments in children's hospitals & other target accounts.  In addition you will also be responsible for liaising with pharmacy, procurement & finance plus targeting GPs & community based Paediatric Nurses & Paediatricians and deal with training & service issues arising in accounts where contracts have been secured.

You will have an ethical approach to sales, keeping both the customer and patient uppermost in your mind at all times, providing consistently outstanding service.  The ability to explain clinical concepts clearly and credibly is also vital, as is forging long term working relationships and hence candidates with some type of medical training/background (nursing, dietetics etc) are particularly sought after.

Applicants will already have a strong, demonstrable record of sales success in the Hospital environment, preferably gained selling nutritional products or in a related area; secondary care level account management skills would be ideal, as would prior experience of dealing with procurement & the hospital tender process.  You will have a full UK driving license with 6 points or less, live in a location which offers good access to the territory you will be responsible for & be available to start work on 5th January 2009 when the ITC begins.

In return, you will be rewarded with a substantial basic salary, paid commensurate with experience, plus company car, pension, private healthcare, daily allowance, lap top, mobile telephone, bonus scheme etc.  Please note that for the part time vacancies, salary will be paid pro rata with employment being offered either 5 mornings or 3 full days per week.
