Our client is a regional private practice legal firm based in Essex offering the best possible legal advice and services to a wide range of clients. The firm serves both individuals and businesses nationwide from its offices in Essex including Local Authorities and Insurers. They hold three independent accreditations for the quality of service provided. The Employment Law department undertakes a wide range of work for Employers and Employees especially in relation to Employment Tribunal matters and Appeals to the Employment Appeals Tribunal including many complex cases and high profile cases as well as redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. The job role will include working on a wide range of employment law matters including contentious work and Legal Expense Insurance work. We are looking for an experienced Paralegal with at least 18 months relevant experience including employment, civil litigation and legal expenses insurance work. Market rate salary c £ 18,000 - 25,000 depending on experience and benefits available together with good prospects for career advancement.
