Job description

THE ROLE
You will be handling inbound calls from existing customers and assisting with any queries and transactions. You will be processing requests regarding current bank accounts including bill payments and balance transfers. As well as providing excellent customer service, you will also be uncovering opportunities to promote a variety of additional products and identifying sales leads.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
You should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills and want to be part of a successful team.
