A highly professional car hire company are looking to fill a position for a Part time Customer Sales Representative to join their team reporting to the Branch Manager at their Preston location. This role would be suited for applicants who would thrive in a very busy environment & focus on delivering excellent customer service. This is a demanding role where the key focus is providing excellent customer service. This role is around 24 hours a week Mon & Tuesday 08:00-18:00 Sat 09:00 –13:00 Responsibilities include · Emphasis on selling & revenue maximisation on core products such as Personal Insurance, Fuel purchase option & upsells · Complete all rentals, re-rents, reservations & quotations in accordance with procedures & polices · Liaise with various departments such as distribution · Flexible attitude & ability to service all areas of the branch as needed · Effectively service customer needs providing the highest levels of quality to all customers Successful Candidates are required to have · Excellent organisational & time management skills · Good communication skills both written & oral · Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus · An enthusiastic , flexible & positive attitude towards selling · Excellent telephone manner is essential · Customer service & sales experience - A full/clean driving licence is required Excellent commission is available on top of basic salary apply today to hear more
