Parts Advisor £ Negotiable London

My client based in London is looking for a Night Shift Parts Advisor. This role has arisen from the demand to open the workshop 24 hours. You will be responsible for sourcing parts from stores for workshop and counter sales. You will also be required to develop and maintain high standards of customer service in order to maximise the sale of parts. You will also have to comply with and maintain company policies, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within your department.

You will also be required to fulfil Service Advisor Duties as well. You will also be required to book in customer's cars (face to face and over the telephone), raise job cards, cost jobs, invoicing, warranty administration and all other ad hoc duties associated with service advising.

This role would suit a Parts Advisor who would like to have a more customer facing role or a Service Advisor who has a very good knowledge of the parts department.
