As part of our Clients continued expansion plan, they are looking to recruit a Parts Manager at thier dealership in Oxford.  This site is currently undergoing a full refurbishment project so it is an exiting time to be joining them!

The ideal candidate will be a successful Parts Manager, committed to achieving excellence and must be capable of generating impressive results by increasing sales, profitability and operating efficiency.  You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

You will be responsible for the growth and development of the parts department's business, infrastructure and systems.  Your primary task will be to successfully manage the department via the development of relationships with manufacturer partners, internal and external suppliers, colleagues and customers of the department and the division.  You will have the drive and determination to generate profit by maintaining efficient and effective policies that constantly deliver customer satisfaction.
