A qualified Observer Instructor is required for our Client based at RNAS Culdrose in Helston, Cornwall. The successful applicant will have specific responsibilities, which will include the following: Instructing students in accordance with the customers procedures to achieve the contracted simulator tasks. Carry out secondary duties within the squadron as agreed with the customer. Maintain instructional standards as laid down by the customer and the company. Knowledge and Experience The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications: Must be QOI Cat B1 Observer with the ability to gain A2. Must hold a Merlin Certificate of Competency. Must be an EU citizen capable of passing rigorous security checks. The successful candidate will be expected to work on his or her own initiative and have a completely flexible approach to the companys task. A full understanding of the companys exacting quality requirements will be a pre-requisite for the post. Complete computer literacy and a full understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of applications is essential.
