Personal Injury Case Handler West Midlands Providing a full range of legal services to a range of insurance and commercial clients, this outstanding national law firm boasts upwards of 500 staff across offices in the Midlands & North. At present, an outstanding position exists for a Personal Injury Case Handler to join the team and make a key contribution to the firms operations in these areas. The post holder will assist one of the Partners on strategic litigation in EL, PL and RTA cases in the suspected fraudulent arena, a role that will incorporate significant client contact including marketing events as and when necessary. Core responsibilities include but are by no means limited to proposing appropriate strategies, tactics and reserves, delegating tasks, undertaking negotiations and court hearings, attending client meetings and reporting to the Partner on progression in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Candidates should be technically proficient in dealing with multi-track cases and have comprehensive CPR/Litigation experience. Of equal importance is the ability to effortlessly liaise with both colleagues and clients and possession of an enthusiastic, confident and positive approach to work.
