Our client is are currently recruiting a Solicitor to join their Personal Injury team in Brighton. The individual will undertake the role of Team Supervisor, and will provide daily supervision to paralegals within the group. In addition the individual will assist the group leader with business development and management activity. They should be able to co-ordinate projects within the Group and be able to demonstrate both an awareness of the commercial issues that affect the Group and individual performance. As well as supervision the individual will manage their own caseload, and will be set individual as well as a team targets. Their caseload will be claimant, and a mixture of fast and multi track cases. A good understanding of client care is essential. We are seeking someone good technical knowledge, experience of supervision and a track record of achieving financial targets. We anticipate that someone with equivalent skill and experience as a Solicitor who has been working within a Personal Injury group for approximately 4 years would be suitable for this role.
