National legal practice with a reputation for providing a friendly and flexible working environment requires a new solicitor in the personal injury team. Managing a caseload of multi-track claimant files, you will have an exciting and diverse caseload that offers both high complexity and high value matters. As a skilled fee earner within the team, you will also have the opportunity to supervise less experienced members of staff, acting as a technical point of reference. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of working on multi-track files with minimal or no supervision will be a UK qualified solicitor or FILEX and will have client-focussed approach. This is a close-knit team where individuals are expected to be self-motivated but able to operate as part of the team environment. Salary is competitive and dependant upon skills and experience, it is supplemented by an excellent benefits package including pension and healthcare.
