Highly regarded claimant personal injury team has a new opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor 0-2 years PQE. The personal injury team is an integral part of this legal practice's operations in Plymouth and boasts an established and growing client base. The personal injury team is split into several sub-groups concentrating of differing types of claims, each is over seen by a solicitor who ultimately reports to a Partner. Cases are referred from claimants nationwide, ensuring a steady flow of high quality work. This new role will involve leading the industrial disease team, on a day to day basis. As a qualified solicitor you will manage a team of paralegals, co-ordinating efforts, ensuring quality and providing technical advise on more difficult aspects of claims. You will report to an associate solicitor who will also be available to give you support and advice. Applicants should have gained experience of industrial disease work as part of their training and/ or during practice. Additionally ambition to succeed and interest in industrial disease work, will be highly regarded.
