This leading Thames Valley regional private practice has enjoyed steady expansion over recent years and now enjoys a national reputation for expertise in specific areas. With 24 partners and 150 staff in total the firm is based in a new modern office building in Oxford. The firm undertakes a variety of work and its various departments have numerous rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers. Now seeking to appoint an experienced claimant personal injury panel member to its highly regarded PI team which is recognised by Chambers and the Legal 500. The team handles a full range of matters such as: accidents at work, home, on holiday and in public places; industrial disease; road traffic accidents and cycling accidents. Many of the team members are accredited specialists in their field and the department is recommended by Headway and the Spinal Injury Association, other team strengths include clinical negligence. The successful candidate will have a solid technical knowledge of this area of law together with excellent communication skills and should hold panel membership (APIL). You will need to have a pro - active approach to business development. In return you will work within a dynamic and friendly environment and receive a comprehensive remuneration package including health cover, 27 days holiday entitlement, as well as other allowances and free parking. This role is likely to suit a solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
