A fantastic opportunity to join an established private practice with a highly structured and technology based litigation department. The firm prides itself on developing and investing in employees including Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives, Legal Assistants and Paralegals in order to maintain a highly efficient and successful business process, continual training and support will be provided. Currently in need of 4 highly skilled litigators to bridge the knowledge gap in the department. Duties will include but are not exhausted to: handling a very small caseload of highly complex PI claims, training PI case handlers and acting as a trouble shooter on complicated matters. Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of Personal Injury claimant law to include small, fast and multi-track claims arising out of RTA's, EL, PL and OL matters. This role would suit solicitors, legal executives or paralegals with in excess of 4 years experience in PI law.
