This top tier regional private practice with numerous offices spread across the South East requires a Planning Consultant to join its well regarded Real Estate team. Working alongside another planning specialist you will provide additional services to the existing work carried out within the department. Such work will include, planning appraisals, local plan monitoring, negotiating consents and giving evidence at inquiries and hearings. You should have good knowledge of general planning law, be familiar with EIA regulations, minerals & waste, ecology and historic buildings. In addition you will need to have a flexible, enthusiastic and commercial approach to your work. This role is likely to suit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years planning experience gained in the private or public sector who also has MRTPI status or equivalent.
