Large specialist Litigation Private Practice have an additional vacancy for a Claims Handler to run their own caseload of Pre Litigation RTA Claims. You will need to have good communication skills and appreciate the importance of accuracy in drafting and the use of good plain English in letters to clients. Be computer literate, have appreciation of the need to follow work flows and processes in a claims handling system, as is the ability to make good notes and keep paper files in order.
