Technical Consultant- Solaris/Unix/Sun required working in Bracknell, Berkshire for one of my favourite clients who specialise in Sun Microsystems. Your role will involve working very closely with the sales team, providing an excellent consultancy service to the customers and act as the main technical point of contact to the customer. You will also be responsible for quotation preparation and technical follow up and be responsible for building and installing Sun Hardware and Sun Software both onsite and in the office. The successful candidate will be technically competent and have good customer facing skills, you will also have extensive knowledge in Solaris and UNIX. The likely candidate will have the Solaris 10 Certified Systems Administrator and the Solaris 10 Certified Network Administrator certificates.
