Job description

This is a telephone based role where you will support high net worth customers with their banking needs. In short, you'll make customer's lives easier by offering top-quality products. This means you'll do everything you can to understand a customer's lifestyle and needs so you can sell them the right products - from risk and current accounts to credit cards and lifestyle benefits. You'll need to have keen eye for a sales opportunity and know when to refer a customer to a product specialist. Working with the rest of the team to deliver a seamless customer experience, it's your opportunity to satisfy a customer base who expect more.

Basic salary from £17,000pa

Uncapped bonus - OTE £35,000pa+
