Principal Recruitment Consultant Due to recent growth our Slough branch is looking to increase its team and we need a Principal Recruitment Consultant to help support this growing location. With 10 branches throughout the UK, we handle over 300 new vacancies every week. THE ROLE As a Principal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including taking vacancies from your clients, advertising roles, interviewing and matching candidates to roles, and the process all the way through to final placement of the candidate. You will have an ability to service existing clients, as well as undertaking business development to bring on new business. You will be confident in meeting and presenting to clients, and able to close a deal at all levels. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will have experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Principal Consultant, ideally within the sectors we specialise within. Above all you must have a strong and tenacious personality, and be able to thrive in a recruitment sales environment You must be a real people person and enjoy communicating with your candidates and clients both over the telephone and face-to-face. You will have excellent at time management skills couples with outstanding verbal and written skills. A reliable team player, you will have the ability to identify an opportunity and convert that into your own account.
