Private Client

This role is heavily weighted to Court of Protection issues and applications are invited from candidates well versed in looking after the financial affairs of clients who have lost the capacity to deal with matters unassisted. There is particular focus on mental capacity issues. Experience is absolutely essential and it is not sufficient to have dealt with a predominantly mainstream private client/probate caseload. You will deal with matters as a stand alone within a supportive and highly experienced team but autonomy is essential.  Due to the nature of the role, it is anticipated that successful candidates will require at least 2 years' exposure to this specialised field.
