An excellent opportunity exists for a qualified solicitor to join this large firm Plymouth based firm. The successful applicant will have previous experience of private client work. You will need a good understanding Will drafting, tax planning, estate administration, enduring powers of attorney and trust law. On offer is a varied caseload including clients from a range of backgrounds, work can include wills, probate, tax and trust issues. The environment is professional yet friendly, with a real emphasis on work life balance. In addition the firm places high priority on staff development providing both training and the opportunity to be involved in new areas of work The ideal candidate will be proactive, hard working and client friendly. Should you not already have membership of S.T.E.P or A.C.T.A.P.S you will be encouraged and supported in seeking this.
