The role will include all aspects of probate and include wills, trusts and inheritance tax planning. The ideal candidate will have significant and relevant experience in a reputable law firm and must be a member of S.T.E.P. Opportunities for partnership exist for the right candidate. The firm have an enviable client, established through long standing relationships, repeat business and word of mouth. Recent investment in information technology and client care solutions has helped to ensure the firm remain at the fore front of legal advice in the region. The private client team is particularly strong with strong links in the local community ensuring wills, probate, tax and trusts work across several generations.
