This firm's private client department is very busy at the moment and anticipates that the amount of work will increase over the winter months so this could be an excellent time to make that move if you are unhappy at your current firm. Based in Bournemouth, this firm is well established, but has managed to retain a "family feel". This isn't to say the firm is not modern and forward thinking though. They are currently seeking a private client associate or partner (or experienced FILEX) to join the firm. the team current comprises of one partner and two solicitors. You will be dealing with a wide range of work including wills, probate, tax and trusts and there may also be the opportunity to deal with will disputes. STEP / ACTAPS qualification or a client following would be an advantage but are not essential.
