An excellent opportunity exists for a qualified private client solicitor to join this large legal 500 firm based in Truro. The successful applicant will have previous experience of private client and or general litigation work. You will need a good understanding Will drafting, tax planning, estate administration, enduring powers of attorney and trust law. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hard working and client friendly. Should you not already have membership of S.T.E.P or A.C.T.A.P.S you will be encouraged and supported in seeking this. A competitive salary will be offered according to experience as well as a good benefits package including 25 days holiday and pension scheme. Work on offer will suit an applicant with a minimum of 3 years PQE, candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply as salary will ultimately reflect skills and abilities.
