A new opportunity has arisen of for a private client solicitor with a particular specialism in high value tax and trusts to join the team based in Birmingham. Our client has a particularly strong reputation for private client and has a client base consisting of a number of very high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience gained with a commercial law firm regarded for it's private client department. Your experience may well have touched upon all areas of private client including wills and probate, administration of estates, IHT and trust work however the focus of this role is to advise high net worth individuals and complex trusts and tax matters. Candidates must have recent experience on such matters as you will be expected to pick up a caseload immediately. This position will also give you the opportunity to work with a partner who is regarded as a leader in the field. Excellent remuneration package and genuine career prospects on offer.
