Exciting new role with one of Devon's leading legal practices for a solicitor who combines experience of Private Client matters and Litigation. As a member of this Legal 500 rated Private Client team you will work alongside excellent fee earners. The team has an established client base, attracting repeat business and referrals across many generations. Workload includes wills, probate, tax, trusts and lasting powers of attorney. Clients come from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring the caseload is diverse and challenging. There is now a requirement for a Litigation solicitor to join the join, to manage contentious probate matters. This is a challenging niche role that will suit an applicant who can combine skills from both areas of law. The ideal applicant will be 3+ PQE, possess a working knowledge of Private Client matters and the Civil Procedure rules as well as membership of relevant professional bodies, such as STEP or the Law Society Probate Section.
