Product Communications Executive

LOCATION: Farnborough

£25,000 + pension and annual corporate bonus

Zurich Marketing is at the heart of UK General Insurance (UKGI) growth agenda and as a result opportunities exist for a Print Management Executive to join the Product Communications team in Farnborough. The main objective of this position is to manage and develop the portfolio of existing event driven communications such as campaigns, documentation and projects. The Product Communications Executive is required to provide support for the development and marketing of new and existing products whilst providing a consistent customer experience. You will provide expert print and documentation knowledge to all departments within UKGI as well as managing Quote, New Business and Renewal campaigns.

As Product Communications Executive you will be responsible for producing documentation central to each campaign from an offline perspective with occasional online activity. Therefore it is important that successful applicants are able to demonstrate their knowledge of the end to end process from material concept through to print, distribution and warehousing. Ideally candidates will have this experience from working within a corporate environment and will have proven marketing campaign and print management experience. As the role also involves stakeholder management successful individuals will also be able to demonstrate strong relationship building skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
