This small but dynamic organisation seeks a Product Manager to drive the business and product awareness forward AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: To assist in the evaluation, development and management of all collections and to manage  levels to ensure their optimum use To be accountable to the Managing Director for all the development Establish through market and consumer research new ideas and concepts Manage a team of external consultants that research new ideas Be responsible for the creation of new collections to meet the demands of the market through all sales channels. Assist with the selection process and buying functions. Evaluate the financial and commercial benefits of all new collection products. To manage the stock availability to ensure the most efficient use To ensure the stock is available to meet the sales initiatives set by the Sales and Marketing department. Liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing department ensuring they are updated on collection specifications and unique selling points of the product. To analyse the performance of collections with a view to constant refinement of future products. To compile and/or assist in compiling the annual sales, cost and capital budgets for all responsible activities. To conform to the agreed company standards, costs and policies at all times. Ideally you will have experience in the education sector
