Southampton based practice with over 200 staff and 5 offices require additional solicitors to join the dispute resolution department. Recognised by the industry for its growing expertise in professional negligence. Client profiles include corporate, national , regional and SME's. Responsible for your own caseload with minimal supervision as well as being comfortable working in a target driven and commercial environment your experience will include contentious commercial litigation (ideally) including professional negligence, day to day file management relating to general commercial litigation and an ability to process a large and complex caseload effectively. Advocacy skills required. The role will suit solicitors with 2 + years PQE but applications from NQ level and 1 year PQE's welcome, provided they demonstrate the relevant experience.
