Project Manager - National Agency - £25-30k An experienced Project Manager is required to join the client services team of a leading full service agency. Working on a mix of B2B and B2C clients the the role will be responsible for the day to day management of project based engagements and will be the primary client delivery contact. Reporting into the Account Director the role will involve: Planning - Day to day management of the project team - Create and manage the plan, including estimation, tracking, updating - Define responsibilities and allocate with the project team - Identify and manage project risks - Work with Operations Manager to manage project resourcing Communications - Weekly status reporting to client, including financial where appropriate - Escalate issues to Account Director/Manager where appropriate - Weekly reporting internally (including resource forecast/update) Consulting - Work with Account Director/Manager to develop project proposals and statements of work - Facilitate requirements workshops and interviews - Manage and develop process for scope changes / change requests - Provide/manage client satisfaction (including client acceptance) Financials - Manage project budget ensuring delivery of project within target margin - Seek to maximise revenue through project delivery (profit margin) - Maintain ongoing financial status through tracking actual time and expenses incurred Leadership - Manage deliverable and review process - Day to day leadership of a project, managing multiple workstreams (concept, design, development, testing) and inter-agency colleagues - Demonstrates leadership skills in addressing delivery and performance issues and undertakes tasks to build team morale - Hold responsibility for the quality of the project deliverables and communications - Lead and support team to take on responsibility - Provide timely feedback and mentoring to team members throughout the project - Ensure team collaboration & positive environment The level of position requires a candidate with previous project management or account management experience within an agency environment, ideally with knowledge of digital or DM campaigns.
