Projects / Project Finance Lawyer / Dubai / Supervisory Experience Essential Our client is an international legal practice with approximately 800 lawyers worldwide. They currently have an exciting job vacancy for a Projects/ Project Finance Solicitor / Lawyer with at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience to join their Dubai office. The successful candidate will be working on project development and finance matters. The ability to manage a team of junior lawyers is essential. The candidate must be able to prepare and negotiate a range of project development and finance agreements with limited partner supervision. Previous experience in the region and locally would be prepared The Dubai office provides service to clients in a number of sectors in the energy industry, including oil and gas exploration and development, oilfield services, electric power, refining, LNG, petrochemicals, pipelines and gas-to-liquids. In addition to work across the broad spectrum of the energy sector, the Dubai office also serves clients with their corporate, banking, finance (including Islamic finance), capital markets, telecommunications, government contracts and dispute resolution matters. The Dubai office is staffed with lawyers who have extensive experience living and working in the region. They are supported by a team of energy lawyers in London and the U.S., many of whom have also lived and worked in the Middle East.
