RESERVATIONS – CRUISES Do you have Reservations experience? Our client is a tour operator based in South West London and is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join their successful reservations team. With over 30 years experience in the industry the company has expanded and are now a leading river cruise company to worldwide destinations. Role of Reservations Consultant: • Dealing with booking worldwide reservations for customers and travel agents over the phone • Using a Reservations CRS system (preferably Galileo) • Providing destination advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation • Providing a high level of customer service and dealing with all after sales enquires Necessary reservations experience: • Experience of travel reservations • Experience of tailor-made reservations • CRS Reservations system experience • Excellent customer service experience This is a great opportunity to utilise your reservations experience working within a prestigious tour operator.
