RTA CASE HANDLING ASSISTANT West Midlands This foremost litigation firm in the UK acts on behalf of over 30 major insurance organisations. Their dedicated Case Handling Assistant Team are currently looking for a highly self motivated and professional Assistant to join the unit and undertake legal tasks on files allocated and supervised by the team leader. The post holder will be responsible for working on pre and post litigated motor fraud cases on behalf of a wide range of insurance clients. No fraud experience is required as full training and support will be provided, although you will need to have previous experience of working in the RTA/PI field with some exposure to litigated claims. As part of the role, you will be exposed to various fraudulent claims such as: bogus passenger, staged/contrived, fraudulent exaggeration and low velocity impact. Responsibilities will include but by no means be limited to: instructing experts, working with Counsel, attending interlocutory hearings, liaising with clients, negotiating settlements, carrying out routine correspondence and preparing applications. You will be a positive, confident and enthusiastic individual with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
