The British Restaurant is headed by a talented culinary star that has previous experience working with top chefs. Menus are seasonal and where possible all produce and ingredients will be sourced from the Farm shop located at the Oxford site. Authentic Thai cuisine is offered in the second restaurant by chefs trained in Bangkok, Thailand. All this, housed within a grade 2 listed building, this hotel will be the place to visit for miles around. With 28 million pounds spent over a 3 year refurbishment programme, is sure to be one of the most talked about openings of the year. Candidates must have admin experience and have been a receptionist or waitress previously.
