This well regarded multi site regional private practice requires an experienced Paralegal / Manager to join its Banking and Finance department based in Watford, Hertfordshire. The firm is ranked in the top 200 and continues to expand across all areas of practice. The role will involve managing a team of 5 Paralegals within the recoveries Department as well as running a caseload of unsecured debt recovery, asset finance recovery and mortgage repossession files. Within this role you will develop and train the team, review performance, manage workflow, manage communications, monitor quality standards, reviewing systems, assist with marketing strategy and improve overall profitability. Suitable candidates will have previous experience of managing a team within a commercial litigation or debt recovery department and in particular secured and unsecured recoveries. In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £24,000 - 35,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
