The Role As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include: - Conducting telephone sales calls and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilisation of our recruitment services - Developing new recruitment business opportunities - Recruiting, hiring and placing specialised administrative personnel in temporary or permanent positions with our clients - Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates - Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates Your qualifications should include: - Target/sales driven with a strong personal desire to succeed - Excellent presentation and communication skills - At least 1 year's experience in a targeted telephone based sales role is essential and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive sales environment is a must - A business degree would be preferred.
