Recruitment Agency Rep - To £25k + OTE Famous b2b title. Central London Job Description This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work as Recruitment Agency Representative on a leading magazine and website. This is a vital position on one of the biggest recruitment sections in business to business publishing and a major flagship title. Dealing only with recruitment ad agencies and recruitment consultancies, this face-to-face role will enable you to influence some of the key players of the marketing recruitment industry. Tasks ·To source new business through effective lead chasing of all relevant competitive media. ·To maintain and build new relationships with clients on your database on a regular basis making 20 effective calls per day. ·To ensure that you make a minimum meetings of 12 meetings per month. ·To negotiate and maintain annual contracts. ·To source further contracts as part of the new business strategy with recruitment consultancies and advertising agencies. · Skills, Knowledge & Experience This person should have a minimum of one years recruitment sales experience, be professionally presented, a strong history of driving sales revenues and most of all you must have drive and motivation to succeed. The role would suit an out-going, gregarious, confident, self-motivated individual.
