Recruitment Branch Manager Role Available Now - Construction Recruitment - based near Richmond Basic circa 30k plus commission and car/car allowance Our client are part of a large successful national and network of branches covering a range of recruitment sectors. You will be rewarded with a basic 25k-35k dependent on experience, with an attractive commission structure and all round benefits. The Branch Manager role available is within the rapidly expanding Surrey Branch and they are ideally looking at a senior recruitment consultant or present manager with experience in the Construction trades sector of recruitment. You will be joining a branch which has great potential to grow so you will take responsibility for driving the branch forwards. You will motivate and lead a team alonside identifying and developing new business. Our client will look at Consultants who have a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience within recruitment ideally at Senior Level. You will be either a Senior Consultant looking for a step up to Branch Manager level or a Branch Manager looking for a new opportunity with an established Agency. You must be highly organised and a good motivator along with the ability to work towards tight deadlines. You will be target driven passionate to succeed within recruitment.
