Recruitment Branch Manager - Healthcare - Basingstoke

£25K Basic plus bonus and/or car allowance. OTE £40K

ROLE:
This company are rapidly expanding throughout and are currently looking for a successful Branch Manager to work with this team of already established consultants. You and your team will be responsible and accountable for business development within this area for this leading National recruitment consultancy within the Healthcare Sector.

THE PERSON:
With strong people management skills, you will be expected to lead from the front and focus on staff development/monitoring and motivating.
Business Development - to include expansion of existing business, winning new business to increase revenue on temporary and permanent business, dealing within the Healthcare Sector of the business.

COMPANY:
This National consultancy with offices across the UK are rapidly expanding, therefore are looking for a strong recruitment branch manager to oversee this successful team of consultants on the temporary and permanent side of the business.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Managerial experience in the recruitment industry preferably Healthcare although they will look at other sectors
2. Strong sales skills
3. Stable work history
4. Full understanding of exceptional service and delivery
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. The ability to lead/influence/motivate a team under pressure
7. Team spirited attitude, not back room Manager style
8. Able to hit the ground running to a certain degree
9. Well Educated/Professional and driven
10. Now looking to work with full autonomy within this National consultancy.
11. Hard working, sales orientated background is required.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Ability to grow and develop strong relationships with clients.
14. Good time management and administration skills.
