The opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced individual to manage and run their Ipswich operation. You will be tasked with managing the office, including initially one consultant with the remit to grow the team in time and you will remain hands on and actively develop new business. You will also meet with clients and present the services of the business to them. You will also be tasked with working to branch targets and you will report information to Regional Managers and Directors. You will also be responsible for identifying training and development needs of your staff. This branch works closely with their Norwich branch which is one of the most profitable branches in the business and you will benefit from having these colleagues to work with also.
Your background
We are seeking experienced individuals ideally with some experience within the healthcare sector. You will be experienced with the full recruitment cycle and will have knowledge ideally of all compliance issues within the healthcare sector. You will possess excellent communication skills and will be committed to providing the highest standard of service delivery. You must have good business development skills and the ability to manage and mentor consultants.
