Recruitment Business Development Executive
Established in 2002, my client has grown to become one of the leading recruitment organisations in the UK with a number of memberships and awards to confirm this status. Offering recruitment solutions across Industrial, Driving and the Engineering market sectors providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions supported by a Managed Services, European and Senior Appointments Division. The company operates across 5 branches within the Midlands and East Midlands regions with further growth plans to include the opening of a 6th office.
We are currently working closely with the Operations Director to source a new Business Development Consultant, who will take full responsibility for selling temporary Industrial Recruitment Solutions within the Coventry area. This role has a heavy face to face new business development element and you will be expected to meet and greet potential clients face to face on a weekly basis. This role is very similar to a Recruitment Consultant, however, you will then hand over the servicing of the account to a servicing team for the day to day temporary management, retaining overall responsibility. A fantastic opportunity for a highly successful sales Recruitment Consultant who does not enjoy the administrative aspect of the recruitment role!
With a strong knowledge of recruitment and of the local market, this is an excellent opportunity for a sales hungry recruitment professional looking to move away from the administrative and servicing tasks associated with a standard Recruitment Consultant role. We are also able to consider applications from individuals with a strong business to business development background looking to utilise these skills within recruitment.
To apply for this role, we do require an individual who can demonstrate the following
·Ideally with 12 months Recruitment Consultant experience or a strong background in business to business sales
·High degree of negotiating skills and face to face sales skills
·Excellent listening skills
·Able to work under pressure
·A driven self-starter with strong aspirations
·Flexible approach
In return, you will receive a good benefits package which includes 25 days holiday per year rising to 30 after 10 years service. A unique profit share scheme, maternity and childcare provision, contributory pension after 6 months service, reduced rates for healthcare membership, private health insurance after 6 months service, share options, additional flexible benefits and a flexible approach to working hours.
