You will be an experienced Education recruiter with proven billings and knowledge of the market. You are looking to move into a business where you can make an impact.
You will be tenacious in approach and confident (it can be daunting being on the phone in an office of only 5!!). You are confident and credible and your energy and enthusiasm is infectious (but not over the top).
Hours are typically 7.30 am- 4.30 pm but there is flexibility depending on the time of year.

Commission- no threshold, individual scheme and paid monthly:

The environment is supportive but not KPI driven. You are accountable for your own desk and developing your business. You will be handed some warm accounts in additional to developing your own business.
Culture wise you won't find consultants ranting and raving or standing on chairs. It's a small office, looking to increase its sales buzz by growing in the next year. Yes there are incentives including free breakfast, trips away (they are going to Venice for their Christmas party) but they are more about motivating an individual rather than a team of robots! They are subtle in their approach but still sales focused.
