The Company:
·My client was born out of acquisitions of niche recruitment firms and talented search consultants to work alongside the leading professional services firms within the Yorkshire region.

The Role:
·The role is a full cycle recruitment role working on previously established areas of the business and an active and up-to-date database of contacts.
·As a recruitment consultant, you will be proactive in sourcing candidates via networking, referrals and head hunting offering a consultative service.
·Working closely with your clients, you will provide a strategic and consultative service, continuing to develop a long term relationship with them.
·You will be proud of the work you produce and always strive for top results working in a professional and consultative manner.
Ideal Candidate:
·You will have previous experience working as a recruitment consultant, preferably within professional services recruitment.
·You will have proven business development and account management skills within professional recruitment.
·Previous experience of headhunting or of handling permanent recruitment within a candidate-led market would be advantageous.
·Alternatively you may have more sales-led new business experience, in which case you are also encouraged to apply.
·You will have a strong desire to progress your career as a recruitment consultant in a company that offers competitive bonuses and commission.
·You will be a cut above the rest and ready for a fresh challenge to take your career to the next level.
