RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / IT RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SALARY: to £30k BENEFITS: uncapped commission, with no threshold, private health LOCATION: Chiswick THE ROLE: ·There are two distinct roles available one is a new business role, working on existing accounts and developing new relationships. The other is an account management role, with no business development, but providing exceptional service levels to key clients. ·In either role you will be working purely with blue chip clients, for a business that has an incredible reputation in the market. ·You will specialise in either temporary or contract recruitment. THE COMPANY ·This business offers a unique portfolio of services to its clients, Recruitment, Product Implementation, Interim Management and the Provision of Delivery Teams. ·They aim to provide a service more akin to that of a Management Consultancy rather than a typical Recruitment Consultancy, and this approach has proved very successful. ·Their client base is purely blue chip, and they are in the enviable position of being able to choose who they work with. ·This business is totally committed to developing its staff, and a structured career progression plan is in place for all staff. ·They provide an exceptional working environment, in brand new, fabulous offices. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·At least 12 months recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success. ·Your experience will preferably be gained in the IT market, but all backgrounds will be considered. Your personal motivation and drive to succeed is key. ·For either the account management or the new business role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to deal with senior clients and candidates, exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing superb levels of service.
