RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS - I.T SALES

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the market leader in the highly lucrative field of IT Sales Recruitment. This specialist firm has a strategically located office network, covering the whole of the UK and placing Sales Executives at all levels in areas such as Software Sales, Security, Networking & Communications, on salaries from £50K-£100K+. They are preferred suppliers to most of the world's most prominent IT companies and have developed a reputation for effective, results-oriented delivery. They are now recruiting for their successful St. Albans, Birmingham and Manchester office.

The roles are split between Business Developers, who win the business, and Account Managers who find the candidates and fill the positions, working harmoniously to provide clients and candidates with the most efficient, full, recruitment process. Teams are billing an average £50K per month, resulting in individual commission of £2K-£3K, with huge potential to increase this as you grow your desk.

To be considered you'll need previous Recruitment experience, from any professional sector. You'll be well presented and well educated, highly motivated, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a competitive streak. You are rewarded with a £50K++ OTE for your first year, ongoing training and development for future progression, possible guarantees, and benefits such as a car allowance and BUPA.
