Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant/Recruiter/Perm Consultant Social Care Permanent - Qualified Social Workers division My client are a huge driving force in Social Care recruitment, with branches spread across the UK they are now looking for a consultant to join their Manchester operation. They have a number of Preferred Supplier agreements but are keen to expand into other areas of specialist Social Care recruitment as well. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a large multi national organisation but be situated in a small centrally located office and someone who is looking for solid career longevity and progression. Recruitment Consultant Social Care Permanent £18,000 to £30,000 + Excellent Career Progression + Benefits OTE- £35,000 + in 1st year Manchester The company ·Due to continued growth plans my client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join one of their specialist divisions within the Manchester branch of their business. ·They recruit within the Social Care field and cover both contract and permanent appointments over their specialist divisions. ·My clients is one of the leading consultancy's, they were established in the 1980's and are going from strength to strength in the market. The role ·Working as part of the team, the role will involve generating new business from business development, networking and referrals. ·Maintaining relationships with current clients. ·Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into suitable roles. Key experience required ·The role requires someone with previous recruitment experience preferably within Social Care although the extensive training the company offers means that candidates from any discipline can really fly within the company. ·Business development experience is key as the role will involve generating new business as well as maintaining the excellent relationship they have with their current clients. ·Candidates will need to be motivated and excellent team players.
