Job details:

• Working for the number 1 sales branch in the country
  * Generating revenue for the Leeds Sales Branch which covers all vacancies for Sales in the Yorkshire region/territory of a Commercial and Technical nature
  1 of 9 Sales Branches nationwide and 1 of Prime Times 130+ branches in 5 divisions
  Working existing databases, internet, referrals and own initiative to generate sales vacancies
  Sourcing and interviewing up to 10 candidates per week face to face
  Arranging interviews with candidates and clients
  - Generating opportunities and interviews for candidates through canvassing extensive database
  Reaching and closing decision makers such as Sales Managers and Sales Directors for commitment and business
  Managing own desk to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
  100% internally based role with on going training and development

Person:

• Energy, desire to succeed with a competitive streak and a sense of humour
  Clearly and confidently spoken with a professional personal appearance
  * Drive and desire to succeed
  Must be able to demonstrate competitive nature
  Passionate, creative and a big team player
  Career focussed, good listening skills and a natural confidence
  Naturally positive and looking for a big chance in a work hard play hard culture
  ** Ideally some permanent recruitment experience
  * If no recruitment experience then 12 months business to business experience
