The Employer: Leading RPO Job Purpose/Summary: You will be responsible for managing appropriately identified sourcing channels in order to locate, attract and manage the best talent in the market place for each role. You are responsible for driving the relevant channels to ensure a suitable shortlist of candidates is available to exceed on delivery expectations. &middot;To provide reliable and efficient support to the Senior Recruitment Advisors (SRA&#39;s) &middot;To manage all administration duties without supervision &middot;To support and assist clients and candidates by responding to their needs and demands in a professional and timely manner &middot;To maximise division profit through excellent support of the team in all administrative areas Duties & Responsibilities Your role of the Resourcing Specialist is to source high calibre candidates from multiple &#39;direct&#39; channels. In summary the Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving all sourcing channels which could include: &middot;Compiling enticing and engaging adverts on niche sector vertical sites and generic job boards &middot;Sourcing and or CV mining active candidates on relevant CV databases and search engines &middot;&#39;Passive&#39; candidate research and attraction through multiple social networking sites &middot;Networking & lead-chaining activity &middot;Candidate communication You will assist in defining, engaging and managing the channel strategy for each vacancy, engaging the most appropriate channels to source candidates. Key Attributes &middot;Good standard of education. &middot;Excellent telephone manner clear, concise and articulate. Experience of telephone screening is essential. &middot;Experience resourcing across a breadth of functional disciplines and levels. &middot;High candidate focus, lateral thinker, problem solver, able to work independently with chance to use own initiative. &middot;PC literate Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes, Databases. &middot;Experience of managing multiple roles and resourcing assignments to tight deadlines.
