Regional Sales Manager Up to £35k + car + benefits Flexible Location Part of an international group, Bryan Donkin RMG Gas Controls Ltd is a UK market-leading supplier of gas control systems within the utility and commercial sectors. This highly successful company continues to expand its boundaries on a global scale and is supported by leading edge design and development facilities. They now require a Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility for their South of England and Wales territory. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will take responsibility for handling key accounts, maintaining productive working relationships with an established UK client base. This high-profile Technical Sales / Account Management role will involve the provision of technical advice and assistance in responding to clients’ needs for engineering solutions, the preparation of quotes and tenders and close liaison with design, production and supply chain departments to ensure customer on-time delivery. As a result of the company’s expansion internationally, the role may also lead to opportunities to develop new business relationships overseas, which would involve occasional travel abroad. Ideally coming from the gas, power, chemicals or mechanical engineering sectors, you will have a good understanding of applying technical solutions whilst at the same time being able to maintain and develop long-standing business relationships. ONC/HNC qualifications or above in a relevant discipline would be desirable but not essential. Working from home or from the company’s Head Office, you will be a proven self-starter with highly developed communication and client-facing skills and will also possess both the flexibility and organisational abilities, along with the necessary technical and commercial acumen, to succeed in this challenging and highly rewarding role.
